The WP-DJ electrode level controller is available in two installation configurations: integrated type and split type. The integrated type incorporates the control circuit board directly into the junction box of the level detection electrode, forming a unified structure. The split type features separate installation of the controller and detection electrode, with compact controller designs suitable for either DIN rail mounting inside control cabinets or panel mounting.

Functional Applications

When integrated with pumps, the system enables automatic liquid filling/draining control for tanks or sumps. Electrode configurations support various process requirements:

1-Electrode:‌ Metal tank level alarms/pipeline leak detection (using tank as common terminal)

2-Electrode:‌ Non-metallic tank/sump single-point alarms or non-metallic pipeline leak detection

3-Electrode (Standard):‌ Liquid filling/draining control (e.g., water supply/drainage systems with pump automation)

4-Electrode:‌ Adds high/low limit alarms to prevent overflow or dry-running conditions
