Principle structure

The NT30B series mechanical differential pressure controller is commonly used in water and oil series to control the pressure difference between the supply and return pipes. A typical application is to install a valve in the bypass pipeline near the system water (oil) pump.

When the pressure difference between the two ends of the system pipeline increases (or decreases) and exceeds the set value of the controller, the valve will open (or close) further, thereby reducing the pressure difference between the two ends of the system liquid pipeline and achieving normal operation of the system function;

Product Features

The NT30B series mechanical differential pressure controller has a high-sensitivity pressure sensing element on each side. When the pressure at both ends of the element changes, it will cause the switch mechanism to operate to control the system’s equipment, such as motor-driven valves.

Technical Specifications

Note: The joint threads of the above controllers are all M12X1.25.
If imperial threads are required, the suffix “E” must be added after the model number (the commonly used imperial threads are 7/16-20UNF).
