Yes. We accept small-quantity and small custom orders. Please note that additional costs may apply depending on materials and specifications.

 

We typically work on FOB terms. Common payment methods include T/T (bank transfer). Other terms can be discussed based on order details.

  • Standard products: typically 3–15 working days (subject to stock and quantity).

  • Customized products: typically 15–30 working days, depending on complexity.
    If you have urgent timelines, we can explore expedited options (additional fees may apply). To quote accurately, please provide product type (standard/custom), quantity, and specifications.

Sample lead time is 3–10 days if raw materials are in stock. Samples are chargeable; the sample cost can be credited against the subsequent production order.

 

Products are normally packed in cartons or wooden cases, with protective materials to ensure safe transit. Customized packaging can be arranged upon request.
