I. Overview
The FTC thermal conductivity flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange. The probe of this switch is equipped with a heating module and a heat sensing module inside, which achieve flow detection function through heat transfer.
The thermal conductivity is closely related to the flow velocity of the medium. If there is no medium flow in the pipeline, the heat received by the thermal module will be a constant value.
When there is medium flow, the heat received by the thermal module will change with the variation of medium flow rate. During the measurement process, this change is generated by the heating element
The thermal module generates heat, while the thermal sensing module is used to detect temperature. The flow switch will convert this temperature difference signal into a corresponding electrical signal, thereby achieving the corresponding control function.
Used to display and control the flow rate of media.
The flow probe and signal processor of FTC thermal conductivity flow switch are integrated together. The probe adopts a special anti scaling coating.
Stronger anti pollution ability; The LCD screen will display the flow rate of the medium in real-time as a percentage; The trigger threshold of the switch can also be set through buttons.
Adjustments can be made; It also provides selectable transistors or relays as output modes.
