Working Principle

The fluid channel inside the flow switch housing is equipped with a piston containing a permanent magnet. The pressure caused by the flow of fluid on the pistonWhen pushed, the magnetic piston will drive the sealing magnetic inside the equipment to perform switching actions. The diameter of the piston determines the starting flow rate.

When the liquid flow decreases, the stainless steel spring will push the piston to reset. After the reed switch is activated, it can remotely transmit an alarm or indication. Used for liquid or gas media. Durable plastic, aluminum or stainless steel casing is optional.
