Product Overview

The NKFS series flow switch is primarily used for liquid flow monitoring and switch output in pipelines. With its robust structure and stable performance, it can be widely applied in the cooling and lubrication systems of compressors, motors, generators, rolling mills, conveyors, and other machines. When the flow rate exceeds or falls below the preset switch point, it can output a switch control signal. This preset switch point can be set at any position within the measurement range, and it can be easily adjusted without interrupting the flow under installation conditions.
The measurement principle of the NKFS series flow switch involves the use of a conical measuring tube and a measuring target. When fluid flows through the conical tube, the measuring target displaces according to the flow rate. The displacement of the measuring target is balanced by the elastic-storage equilibrium force and transmitted to the indicating system through a magnetic coupling system, thus achieving flow monitoring and control.
