The NK-600E series thermal conductivity type flow switch can monitor the liquid flow in the pipeline in real time. There are no moving parts, maintenance-free, and easy to install. One model is used for a variety of pipe diameter requirements, providing switch output, and adopts 6 LEDs display the fluid flow rate status in real time, and realize the following monitoring functions: medium flow, reduce/increase the flow rate; medium presence/absence; medium flow/static; monitor the fluid flow rate in the pipeline, cut-off monitoring or prevent the pump from idling.
It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, steel mills, papermaking, food processing, water treatment, battery factories and other industries. Working principle

The EX-600 series thermal conductivity flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange. The probe has a built-in heating module and a thermal module. The heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow rate of the medium. During measurement, the heating module emits heat. If there is no medium flowing in the pipeline, the heat received by the thermal module is a fixed value. When the medium is flowing, the heat received by the thermal module will change with the flow rate of the medium. The thermal module converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal, and then the processor converts it into a corresponding standard analog signal or contact Signal output, the flow switch uses this signal to display and control the flow rate of the medium.
