Product Overview

A turbine flow sensor is a precision flow measurement instrument that measures the flow of fluid when it passes through the sensor, Under the action of fluid, the impeller rotates under force, and its rotational speed is proportional to the average flow velocity of the pipeline .Temporarily changing the magnetic resistance value of the magneto electric converter. The magnetic flux in the detection coil undergoes periodic changes, resulting in The periodic induced potential, i.e. the electric pulse signal, is amplified by an amplifier and sent to the display instrument for display. Sensors come in various forms such as regular type, high-precision and wear-resistant (hard alloy). The amplifier is universal .There are two types of sensors: the through type and the explosion-proof type. This sensor can be used in conjunction with on-site flow accumulation standards (lithium battery supply) .Electricity, 1 year battery replacement).

Principle structure
