Principle structure

Ultrasonic cold and heat meters are intelligent heat measuring devices that achieve precise measurement of cold and heat. This product has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, easy installation, accurate measurement, and stable operation. Fully comply with CJ128-2007 standard and JJG225-2001 national standard verification regulations. Ultrasonic heat and cold meters are used to measure the heat released or absorbed by heat exchange systems using water as a medium. They can be used for both heating supply systems and air conditioning refrigeration systems.

The product mainly consists of a paired temperature sensor (measuring the temperature of the inlet and outlet water), a flow sensor (measuring the volume of hot water passing through the pipeline), and a calculation part (calculating the cold and heat used and displaying them).

• Transducer: As the main signal generating component in ultrasonic heat meters, imported piezoelectric ceramic plates are used, which have stable performance and good consistency, ensuring high-precision measurement of ultrasonic heat meters.
• Temperature sensor: using PT1000 high-precision platinum resistance and equipped with precision measurement circuit to ensure high-precision temperature measurement.
• Self diagnostic function: During stable operation of the ultrasonic calorimeter, if there is abnormal communication, insufficient battery, or human damage, the system will display the corresponding code and automatically save the data,Wait for the fault to be resolved before restoring.
• Remote transmission and centralized control function: Equipped with M-BUS and 485 interfaces, it can achieve data remote transmission and centralized control; Beautiful appearance, can be hung in any direction, convenient for reading, and easy to operate.Easy to install, with functions such as dust, moisture, water, disassembly, and human damage prevention.
